What is not included in ARS Turn-Key Interactive Service?

Customer is responsible for:

  • Development of question content for audience polls
  • Video projection system or monitors for display of questions and response summary graphics to the audience. (If you have a need here, let us know – ARS provides these services for specialized events or can refer you to an appropriate contact in your area.)
  • Security of the polling system while at the meeting site
  • Overtime labor for field support personnel beyond a 10-hour day
  • Expenses billed to the customer at cost include:
  • Shipping and handling of response system equipment, including applicable duties and taxes
  • Travel expenses for field personnel
